Eligibility for Flexible Work Arrangements

Full-time and part-time employees who have been with the same employer for at least 12 months may request flexible work arrangements if they meet any of the following criteria:

They are a parent or have caregiving responsibilities for a child who is of school age or younger. They are a carer as defined by the Carer Recognition Act 2010. They have a disability. They are aged 55 or older. They are pregnant. They are experiencing family and domestic violence. They provide care or support to an immediate family member or household member who is facing family and domestic violence. reword
