triangle: One thing I would like to try would be to use the engage part of TSG to connect with families more. They could see my documentations and it could help create conversation and connection.
square: I've always believed that school/family partnerships are crucial to a child's experience at school. I want to use my documentations to help guide more conversations around their children, specifically SEL! I am excited to learn more about my students in my wakids meetings.
circle: how to get parents to understand the observations/documentations more and not only see the color band associated w/ their kids grade level. Sometimes I feel like parents are very worried about the color band or being on the right track that it takes longer to get them to see so many positives!
